All-New 2023 KIA Telluride Reportedly Gets Some Updates
All-New 2023 KIA Telluride
2023 KIA Telluride – The new Kia Telluride is rumored to be getting some updates. While not a complete redesign, the 2023 Kia Telluride will feature some new tweaks.
However, in addition to these minor improvements, this Kia SUV will also redesign for the following year’s model.
2023 KIA Telluride
Kia Telluride 2023 gets a new Kia logo design. Plus, Kia’s updated SUV will have more standard gear, such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen.
In addition, the Kia Telluride 2023 gets an altered grille. The new design features some vertical elements in mesh, although not every model will always feature these changes. Palisade will also see some minor changes for 2023.
Kia is likely to slightly change the front fascia by changing the internal graphics of the headlights, as well as the radiator grille pattern that gives it a more prominent shape.
In addition, LED lights integrated into the bumper of the current model may be lost with a facelift.
On the back, a test prototype from earlier this month suggested there would be slight modifications to the taillights.
Depending on the trim level, there may be other changes, although camouflage doesn’t allow us to see more for now. We hope to start seeing test cars that aren’t too camouflaged shortly.
2023 KIA Telluride Exterior Design
The vehicle’s front end has been revised, featuring improved LED headlights and a new front grille. The latter still retains the tiger’s distinctive nose design, with chrome blades at the top and bottom, and we also saw a new Kia logo on the nose.
The front bumper has also been updated, and you will get a silver imitation bash plate underneath.
The SUV’s side profile remains almost entirely unchanged; however, there are some expected changes at the rear.
The rear light cluster will likely retain the same shape as the current model but improved lighting elements. The rear bumper has also been redesigned, featuring updated parking lights and rear fog lights.
A fake bash plate comes on the rear bumper, adding a rough touch to the overall design. The tailgate features an updated Kia logo, along with a bold ‘Telluride’ badge.
The final production model design likely won’t be too far from this digitally rendered version.
2023 KIA Telluride Interior
The interior falls into the upper-class category and is very comfortable. The quality of the manufacture is fantastic, the materials are attractive, and the desired features abound.
The S.X. trim complements it all with the most luxurious options that include driver’s seat memory settings, a head-up display, heated and ventilated rear seats, premium headliners, and Nappa leather upholstery.
Because the Telluride is a few inches longer than the seven-passenger Kia Sorento, the cabin is even more relieved, especially for those in the back seat.
There is room for eight people with second-row bench seats or space for seven people with optional captain’s chairs.
Along with ample interior storage throughout the cabin, we managed to load four carry-on suitcases behind the third row and load a total of 35 carry-on bags with both rear rows folded flat.
2023 KIA Telluride Engine
Currently, the Kia Telluride is powered by a 3.8-liter, naturally aspirated V6 gasoline engine, which produces peak power and torque of 295 PS and 355 Nm, respectively.
2023 KIA Telluride Release date
Telluride is still a relatively new model on the market, and with a refresh from June this year, for the 2023 model, we expect it to appear before the end of 2022, but in the U.S., it won’t arrive this soon.
2023 KIA Telluride Price
Kia has yet to announce its sale price, but taking from the current Kia Telluride 2022 sale in the U.S., the MSRP is likely to remain relatively the same.
Base price starts at $32,790 (plus destination fee) for basic LX trim and $42,690 (plus destination fee) for top-tier SX trim.
2022 KIA Telluride: The Top-Rated SUV in its Class
This mid-range three-row SUV can hold up to eight and is the largest in Kia’s lineup.
For 2022, you’ll notice some minor differences in telluride badges. Kia redesigned its logo, and the Telluride emblem on the back featured different fonts and broader spaces.
All models now come standard with a 10.25-inch display screen that includes navigation plus automatic climate control.
There are plenty of capable midsize SUVs out there, and for those who want to do their due diligence, it’s worth taking the time to look at telluride competition.
The Hyundai Palisade is probably the most suitable because it is mechanically similar to Telluride. You might also consider the Honda Pilot and Volkswagen Atlas, but ultimately Telluride 2022 is a favorite of many.
Most people will be happy with the Telluride LX base. It’s an incredible value that includes many standard features, including all the latest safety features and technologies, such as automatic climate control and a 10.25-inch touchscreen with the integration of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphones.
If you’re looking for more features, the EX model adds leather seats, ventilated front seats, and power liftgates but remains relatively affordable.
